Cannedly is a shared reply library for customer-service teams on WhatsApp Web and Gmail. You write the answers once. Your team types /shipping and sends it — same wording, current prices, every time.
Fully refundable until your team is live. Built for teams of 3–40 who reply from a computer.
Your team answers the same 20 questions all day — shipping, returns, sizes, promos. Everyone keeps their own copy in Notes, an old Google Doc, or their memory. So prices go stale, wording drifts, and new hires guess.
less typing per reply. A 300-character answer is about 55 words — roughly 60 seconds at the average typing speed of 52 words per minute1. Typing /shipping takes about 2.
of contact centres say their agents spend too much time looking for answers — searching old chats, docs and notes before they can reply2.
of a service agent's week goes to actual customer issues. The rest is admin and switching between systems3 — copy here, paste there.
new typos. Every retyped message is a fresh chance to get a price, a date or a name wrong. An approved reply is the same correct text every time.
Example team of 5, conservative: just 40 repeated replies per agent per day — most busy support agents send more — × ~1 minute saved each = about 3 hours 20 minutes a day back for the team, roughly 70 hours a month. Your own number appears in your weekly Cannedly report.
1. Dhakal, Feit, Kristensson & Oulasvirta, “Observations on Typing from 136 Million Keystrokes”, CHI 2018 — 168,000 typists, average 52 WPM. ~96% is our calculation (2 s vs ~60 s). 2. IDC-linked contact-centre survey reported by Business Wire, February 2025. 3. ServiceNow research on UK customer-service agents, 2025. Example team figures are an illustration, not a customer result.
Add them in the Cannedly dashboard, sorted into folders. Add {name} where the customer's name goes. Lock wording you don't want changed.
Each agent installs the Chrome extension once. When you change a price or promo, every agent's library updates — no "please use the new text" messages.
In WhatsApp Web or Gmail, an agent types /shipping and the full approved reply appears. A weekly email shows you who's using it and the hours saved.
If you reply alone from one phone, WhatsApp's free quick replies are probably enough — use them. Cannedly is for teams.

How it works: the $19 today reserves your spot and is credited as your first month. Cannedly opens to founding teams by 28 February 2027. Full refund on request any time before your team is live, and within 30 days after. If fewer than 5 teams reserve by 6 December 2026, I won't build it and everyone is refunded automatically.

No. The extension only watches for a / shortcut in the box you're typing in, and inserts your saved reply. It never reads or uploads your conversations. We store your reply templates and simple usage counts (which shortcut, how often) — nothing else. Please don't put customer personal data inside templates.
Cannedly only puts text in the message box. A person reads it and presses send. There is no bulk sending, scheduling or automation.
If you reply alone, don't — use them. Teams pay for control: one library you manage, wording agents can't change, instant updates when a price changes, Gmail too, and a view of who's actually using it.
You get it back. If fewer than 5 teams reserve by 6 December 2026, or if your team isn't live by 28 February 2027, every founding payment is refunded in full.
Yes, any time — monthly billing, no contract. You can export your replies as a CSV.

Tell me a little about your team. I read every answer, and I'll email you once — when founding spots open or the free reply-template pack is ready. No spam, unsubscribe any time.
I'm Kelvin. For years I've built software for retail businesses, and I sat next to the teams who answer their customers. Every day it was the same: scroll back through old chats to find "the one we sent last time", copy it, paste it, fix the price, fix the name — or type it all again from scratch and hope there's no typo. The same 20 answers, typed hundreds of times a week.
I built Cannedly for teams I worked with, so nobody has to hunt for the right words again. Now I'm opening it to 15 founding teams so it's shaped by real support work, not guesses.
