Waitlist (this website)

When you join the waitlist I collect what you type into the form — your email, and optionally your name, company, team size, where your team replies, the tool you use today and what you sell — plus your country (from your connection) and the link that brought you here. I use it only to understand who needs Cannedly and to email you about founding spots, the free template pack and the launch. I don't sell or share it. It is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

To be removed, reply to any email from me (or to your Gumroad receipt), and I'll delete your entry.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment details. I receive your name, email and order details from Gumroad, never your full card details. See Gumroad's privacy policy.

The Cannedly extension (when it launches)

• The extension watches for a / shortcut in the text box you're typing in, and inserts your saved reply. It does not read, store or upload your conversations.
• I store your team's reply templates, folder names, the team members' sign-in emails, and usage counts (which shortcut was used, when, and characters saved) to show the hours-saved report.
• Please don't put customers' personal data inside templates.
• You can export your replies and ask me to delete your team's data at any time.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.

If this notice changes in a way that matters, I'll update the date above and tell waitlist members by email.
